Duke O sent me a pic of him and his neat harvest of the famed king scallops. Look at the size of those things! They are very nice to eat. I usually clean them up leaving the roe and meat intact in it's half shell, and then bake them in the oven with cheese, and top off with Japanese mayonnaise before serving... Ooooh.... The thought of it is already making me salivate!
Just look at the scallops, not his eyes...Say Duke! I'm missing some scallops for dinner tonight. Send me some. About 1 dozen will be sufficient! Takk!
